As a Shift Manager, you will work within the Management Team ensuring all our operational and safety requirements are delivered day in, day out. You will set the pace and manage the Crew to help them be the best they can be so that they deliver the Burger King, Your Way experience for every customer.
We will train you in all operational systems and procedures during your induction which you will then ensure are in place during your shifts by all crew members. You will also be inducted with the knowledge needed to manage the various shifts from opening through to closing.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Whilst working, you will ensure that you and the shift team comply with all Health & Safety protocols and ensure that all equipment is only used when you and crew members have been trained and certified in the correct usage.
PEOPLE & TEAM
You will help the Management Team to build Crew Members knowledge and confidence so they can deliver to high standards. You will help create a great culture and team spirit by encouraging inclusivity and inspiring others to achieve success.
You will lead by example, with the customer experience being a top priority for you. You will show and develop a team that take service from good to legendary ensuring perfect products with exceptional service are delivered to every customer.
We use several measures to review how you and your restaurant are performing, which will be regularly discussed along with your overall performance with your Restaurant Manager.
Hitting your restaurant and our company financial targets defines our success.
Building a successful team is key, so we measure staff turnover in your restaurant. We also review how you are developing your team and identifying future talent.
Restaurant Excellence Visit is our measure of operational and health & hygiene standards being followed in every restaurant and are impacted by all team members.
Customer OSAT (Online Satisfaction) is our customer feedback mechanism. Customer complaints are also tracked.
