Santa’s Starlight Grotto

Book your visit to meet Santa and his Arctic Starlight Elves, Sesi, Lumi and Flurry for a memorable experience the whole family will treasure.

Santa is preparing for his Christmas Eve flight, checking his list, the sack of presents, and plotting his route for some very special deliveries. But this year, the skies are a little darker than usual…and Santa needs some extra help finding his way. Each child will make their very own magical star maps to take home, before showing their creation to Santa, making sure they are on his flight path, and sharing a special moment of seasonal warm wishes, a photo and little something for their help.

• Advanced bookings are required for all Santa visits
• Walk-in visits are only available if spots remain on the day (online booking still required)
• All children entering the Grotto must have a ticket, unless you don’t want your child to take part in the experience, adults are free
• Quiet Hours: Every Sunday 10am-12pm for a more relaxed experience, plus Tuesday 22nd December from 3pm – 6pm.
• Tickets are £8 per child, plus a £1.75 booking fee
• Children will receive a reading book to suit your child’s age and a chocolate treat.
• There will be no professional photos for you to purchase; however, you may take your own photos.

Please do not arrive at the grotto any earlier than 5 minutes before your booking time, as we have limited capacity.
