Store Manager, PVH – Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger
Working at Caledonia Park presents exciting opportunities for professional growth and collaboration. Working for a global brand like PVH, where I manage both Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger, gives me the chance to be part of a strong network of retail leaders within the Centre.
The supportive community at Caledonia Park fosters collaboration among managers, enabling us to share knowledge, enhance performance and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Our store recently won the Best-in-Class award in the Channel, a testament to our fantastic team who consistently deliver great results everyday.
Noah
Assistant Store Manager, Calvin Klein
I started my Journey with Tommy Hilfiger as a supervisor when the store first opened. I quickly took on extra responsibilities and ownership, which helped me progress and a year later, I was promoted to assistant store manager at Calvin Klein.
I’m proud to have recently been selected to enrol in the PVH apprenticeship program which is helping me expand my skills. Working at Caledonia Park has offered me valuable opportunities to grow professionally, enhance my capabilities and advance my career.

Store Manager, Greggs
I had been working in food/retail since I was around 15-16, in 2020 at 19 years old, I decided to apply for a supervisor position at Greggs. I was new to management at that point however Greggs taught me everything I needed to know to excel in my role.
After successfully completing the future shop leaders programme offered by Greggs for supervisors who show potential of becoming store managers, I was promoted to a Store Manager position as a floating manager in Dumfries and in 2023 I was appointed as the Store Manager for the new Greggs store opening at Caledonia Park.
Working in Caledonia Park has also been a unique experience, there’s a real sense of community within our teams, we support one another, I also feel my team and I are well looked after by the Caledonia Park team, for example having on site security which is something we wouldn’t have available as a high street store.
My favourite part of my job is definitely working with people, looking after my team, being there to offer support and encouragement and also helping people progress their career the way my managers helped me.
But also working with the public, having a laugh with the regulars and meeting people from all around who have travelled down to Caledonia Park for the day or just passing by.
Caledonia Park brings people together, makes memories to look back at and creates a lovely experience all around, and it’s an absolute joy to be part of that experience.

Store Manager, Crew Clothing
I fell into retail almost 20 years ago, starting as a sales assistant in a homeware store in the Park, before moving into supervisory roles in women’s fashion and men’s formalwear.
I did this for 6 years and then stepped away from retail for a few years- but it turns out I missed it. I returned to Caledonia Park in 2016 as supervisor at Mountain Warehouse, eventually stepping up to Assistant Manager, before the opportunity to run my own store with Crew Clothing Company came up. I have now been manager of Crew for 16 months which I absolutely love. Watching my team develop and the store succeed is such a great feeling.
I would absolutely recommend a supervisory or management position iat Caledonia Park. The team are great, and it’s been very easy to build a strong working relationship with them over the years. There is a real personal touch here which I don’t think you always get at much bigger outlets.

Senior Sales Assistant, Polo Ralph Lauren
I joined Ralph Lauren as a Part-Time Sales Associate and was in the position just over a year before I got promoted to Senior Sales. Within my time with the company my confidence has grown, and I have a better understanding of the business and what progression looks like for me and my role. I have had the opportunity to travel to our corporate offices in Watford, meet people who are high up in the company, and was nominated for Caledonia Park’s Rising Star Award. Getting to work in Caledonia Park is a great atmosphere and there are always events on that the stores can get involved with. I would highly recommend Caledonia Park as a place to work, especially if you are looking for chances to progress.
