Parking Enforcement

Please note that our car park operates a 5 hour maximum stay period.

Terms and Conditions Apply at All Times to All Vehicles:

– Disabled badge holders only in disabled bays
– A valid badge must be displayed in the front windscreen at all times
– No parking on yellow lines or in an area with hatched markings
– No parking between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00
– All vehicles must be parked within a marked bay
– 5 hours maximum stay between the hours of 06:00 and 21:00
– Hours of enforcement: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

If the parking contract terms are breached UKPC may request the name and address of the registered keeper of the vehicle from the DVLA in order to issue or follow up a Parking Charge. The Parking Charge must be paid in full within 28 days of issue: Unpaid Parking Charges may be passed onto third parties such as debt recovery agents, at which point, additional charges may apply in accordance with the Private Parking Code of Practice.

Non-compliance with the terms and conditions may result in a Parking Charge up to £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days of being issued in accordance with the Private Parking Code of Practice.
