EV Charging

We have 16 Tesla Superchargers onsite. You can find them located in the Main Car Park opposite our M&S store.

How to use a Supercharger?

Plug the charging connector into your vehicle charge port. The charge port LED will flash green once charging has begun. With the Tesla app, you can view Supercharger stall availability, monitor your charge status or get notified when you’re ready to go.

How fast can I charge my vehicle with a Supercharger?

Charging speeds vary per model.

Model S – Up to 200 miles in 15 minutes
Model 3 – Up to 171 miles in 15 minutes
Model X – Up to 175 miles in 15 minutes
Model Y – Up to 150 miles in 15 minutes

Can I use the Superchargers if I don’t own a Tesla vehicle?

Yes, our Tesla V4 Superchargers can be used by electric vehicles from any brand. Payment can be made via contactless card.

What are the costs of Supercharging?

When your charging session is complete, an estimate of the final charges is shown on the screen.

How does payment work?

Payment can be made via the Tesla app or through contactless card payment.

What are idle fees?

If a vehicle parks at a Supercharger past a full charge being reached, idle fees start being charged. If the vehicle is moved within five minutes of the vehicle reaching a full charge, the idle fee is waived.

Experiencing a problem while using A Supercharger?

Superchargers are monitored closely and regularly serviced by our Tesla Service Technicians to address any technical issues as quickly as possible. For assistance, please contact Tesla Customer Support.

Is a full charge necessary for my electric vehicle?

Charging requirements vary by vehicle model. Some EVs require a complete charge when using our charging stations, while others may not require it. We recommend consulting your vehicle’s manual or manufacturer guidelines for your specific make and model.
