Position Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the store’s sales and profitability while providing leadership and support to the Retail Sales Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong personal sales ability, leading by example to drive conversion and exceed store targets.
Assist in supervising Retail Sales Assistants to ensure prompt and efficient customer service.
Oversee sales and inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management and availability.
Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of new and existing team members.
Motivate and guide Retail Sales Assistants to enhance service quality, meet sales targets, and drive store profitability.
Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally and effectively.
Manage loss prevention through security requirements and monitoring strategies, appropriately handle broken and damaged merchandise.
Ensure the store is clean, tidy and adheres to H&S standards.
