
40 Hour Retail Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly upon entry and offer assistance throughout their shopping
experience.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed product information and tailored recommendations to meet customer
needs.
• Advise customers on membership benefits, ongoing promotions, and special sales
events.
• Accurately total purchases and process transactions using cash, checks, and credit
card payments.
• Handle exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and maintain an organised checkout area.
• Ensure the product is displayed in an attractive and organised way to encourage
effective browsing and purchases
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy and adhere to H&S standards

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High level of interest in our products and a commitment to understanding customer
requirements.
• Ability to work independently, with a keen interest in sales and delivering excellent
customer service.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the ellesse brand and its products is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
