12 Hour Key Holder

This is a part time permanent position and the hours of work are 12 hours across Monday – Sunday

Main duties:

Providing excellent levels of customer care by greeting and assisting customers with their product selection, advising on suitability and the care and use our products.

Maximising the sales potential and profitability of the store by actively promoting our products using company sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the store ensuring that all customers are greeted and helped with their product selection.
  • Opening and closing the store.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and concerns.
  • Process all sales transactions quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist with implementing shop merchandising.
  • Assist in receiving and sorting stock deliveries, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed.
  • Ensure the store is clean and tidy by carrying out housekeeping duties.

Must be willing to travel to cover other stores occasionally.

Must be willing to travel to attend meetings and company training.
