Duties:
– Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Upsell products and services to customers
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Handle customer inquiries over the phone with proper phone etiquette
– Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Experience:
– Strong organizational skills
– Ability to upsell products and services
– Basic math skills for handling transactions
