Here at Caledonia Park, we are always striving to give our customers an enjoyable and comfortable shopping experience.
Sensory Backpacks
Filled with sensory toys and ear defenders to make your child’s visit more comfortable, you can sign out the sensory backpack when you arrive onsite at our Guest Information Hub. Some of our team are trained in Autism awareness and Makaton. Sunflower lanyard can also be collected from the Hub. If you have any questions during your visit speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help!
Quiet Hours
We have designated quiet hours every Tuesday from 9am-11am. All music in the park and our stores is turned off for the duration of the quiet hours to help make your visit more accessible and comfortable.
Induction Loop
We have recently introduced an Induction Loop to our Guest Information Hub to make it more accessible for customers with hearing aids.
