This Purple Tuesday we’re highlighting our Sensory Backpack.

Filled with sensory toys and ear defenders to make your child’s visit more comfortable and enjoyable!

You can sign out the sensory pack when you arrive onsite at our Guest Information Hub. Some of our team are trained in Autism awareness and Makaton, if you have any questions during your visit speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.

This Christmas period we are introducing designated quiet hours on Sunday mornings in our Santa’s Grotto to ensure your child’s visit is as magical and comfortable as possible.
