Part Time Kitchen Supervisor

We have great opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team delivering great food in the busy ‘Village Restaurant’ which we operate in the Gretna Gateway Shopping Village. For someone looking to work more sociable day time hours with no late nights then this would be the perfect role for you.

You will need to have a real passion for food, it’s all about being creative and delivering fresh tasty food using quality ingredients. You need to have the ability to manage a busy kitchen operation, maintaining compliance with food safety, hygiene, and due diligence, along with managing the kitchen team and maintaining stock levels and wastage. If you can demonstrate that you have these skills and enjoy being part of a successful team then we would love to hear from you.
