6 Hour Sales Associate

Main duties:

Providing excellent levels of customer care by greeting and assisting customers with their product selection, advising on suitability and the care and use our products.

Maximising the sales potential and profitability of the store by actively promoting our products using company sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operation of the store ensuring that all customers are greeted and helped with their product selection.

Process all sales transactions quickly and efficiently.

Assist with implementing shop merchandising.

Assist in receiving and sorting stock deliveries, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed.

Ensure the store is clean and tidy by carrying out housekeeping duties.

About you

Must have experience of working in a customer facing/service environment.

Experience of working in a retail environment for a premium brand.

Capable of lifting objects that weight 25-29 pounds, due to cast iron products.

Excellent oral skills and selling skills

Basic Microsoft word, outlook and excel skill level.

Interest in cooking.
